Digital Sales Manager / Global Leading Events Organisation / Hybrid / Basic £35,000 - £45,000 uncapped commission scheme 1st year £100,000 OTE\n \n Overview: \n \n A market leading events company is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to join their Customer Experience portfolio, focusing on selling digital assets including podcasts, webinars and thought leadership publications for one of the leading divisions. \n \n “Delivering the world’s leading events to the world’s business leaders with an unrivalled portfolio of market leading ‘must attend’ events in every industry”\n \n The overall purpose of the role is to sell the added digital assets to sponsors and leaders in all the connecting industries.\n \n Role & Responsibilities of the Digital Sales Manager: \n\nDevelop and implement a digital sales strategy to maximise revenue across additional service offerings\nIdentify and engage with potential clients to sell digital sponsorships, advertising, and media packages\nMaintain and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships\nCollaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling digital sales propositions\nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital sales opportunities\nAchieve and exceed revenue targets through effective pipeline management and negotiation\nTrack and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth\nWork closely with internal stakeholders to optimise digital product offerings and enhance customer experience \nKey Skills & Experience:\n\n1 + years of B2B selling\nExperience selling digital assets or products is desirable\nFull life-cycle sales experience\nA real hunter mentality\nStrong telephone presence\nExcellent communication skills\nPersonal development focused \n Package for the Sponsorship Sales Manager:\n\n£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary\nUncapped market leading commission scheme\nHybrid working\nHealth cash plan\nPension Scheme\nLife insurance – enhanced \nDigital Sales Manager / Global Leading Events Organisation / Hybrid / Basic £35,000 - £45,000 uncapped commission scheme 1st year £100,000 OTE
