A client of mine are currently offering a fantastic opportunity at an outstanding FE College for a dedicated Electrical / Electronic Engineering Lecturer to share their knowledge and expertise, in the Wiltshire area. They have exceptional engineering facilities, and a leading reputation in providing high-quality education to full-time students and apprentices. Teaching experience and qualifications are desirable, but not essential. This is a full-time, permanent role, with a flexible start date. Ideally we are looking for somebody to start ASAP. Job Description Teach BTEC, HNC, and T-Level Electrical / Electronic Engineering Deliver engaging and interactive lessons, both theoretical and practical Assess and provide feedback on student progress Create and update course materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of a diverse group of learners Provide support and guidance to apprentices throughout their training journey Assess and evaluate student work to ensure they meet the required standards Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements Collaborate with industry professionals to enhance the apprenticeship program Required Skills and Experience Hold a relevant L5 qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Be able to deliver both theory and practical classroom and workshop sessions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent knowledge of electrical and electronic principles Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles Successful applicants will be passionate about delivering the very highest quality of teaching, learning and assessment, and be fully committed to supporting their students to achieve at the highest possible level.
