Key Responsibilities: To lead the design, implementation and evaluation of the Learning and Development strategy To manage and develop teams and individuals To plan, implement and support the Organisations vocational training strategy in order to meet SSSC requirements To ensure that the service provided by Learning and Development is of the highest quality To manage a range of resources, including Finance and Administration, to meet service and organisational demands To establish and maintain effective communication The role is predominantly home-based with travel as required What We're Looking For: Proven experience of the design and delivery of a Learning & Development strategy Relevant professional/management qualification The ability to effectively lead and manage staff Sound strategic planning skills with the ability to produce reports and papers to a high standard Change management experience Knowledge of regulatory bodies, standards and their application Passion for making a positive impact in the voluntary sector.
