About the day to day… As an M&A Analyst, you'll work alongside the M&A team, gaining exposure to all aspects of the M&A lifecycle. You will: Assist with the origination of M&A transactions Assess early-stage acquisition opportunities and prepare detailed summaries for the management team Analyse due diligence reports to inform decision-making Support the M&A Director in project managing and helping to execute transactions Collaborate closely with the integration team to ensure smooth post-acquisition transitions This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition into M&A and learn from a highly experienced team in a fast-growing, acquisitive business.
