Circa £25,750 up to £37,000 (dependant on experience)

About the role:
1. You will be responsible for ensuring existing relationships are renewed and long-term customer relationships are maintained, effectively generating overall sales growth through retention, cross-sales, and referrals.
2. Handle day-to-day inquiries, prepare renewals, cross-sell, negotiate new policies for existing clients as their businesses change and grow, ask for referrals, and work with our service and claims advisers to ensure a smooth customer journey and take payments. The role provides incredible variety with the opportunity to understand how all areas of the business work.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work compliantly with attention to detail in a regulated environment.
2. Participate in a structured induction and training programme with high levels of support from the team, demonstrating the desire and drive to develop while building on your natural strengths.
3. Develop your knowledge and expertise, utilizing the extensive training support and resources available both within the Agency and the wider connections to gain an in-depth understanding of our sectors.

5. Experience and understanding of insurance or financial services is preferable, but not essential.
6. Strong IT literacy.
