The successful applicant will: Be a qualified teacher Have experience of working in Key Stage 2 Be enthusiastic, hardworking, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest standards of pupil achievement, personal development and well-being are attained Have high expectations of the children’s learning and behaviour and be committed to raising standards and promoting pupils’ wellbeing Be skilled at tailoring and adapting learning to meet the needs of individual pupils Use their initiative and work effectively as part of a team Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with parents and carers to achieve the best outcomes for their children Is committed to CPD for themselves and others Is an enthusiastic, resilient and imaginative individual, who will create a learning environment where children feel secure Will champion an area or subject within the curriculum Possess a positive, energetic and enthusiastic outlook.
