If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated team as a Behaviour Support Assistant!
Sugarman Education are currently working alongside a fantastic school in Edgware who are in need of a Behavioural Support Assistant to work alongside a number of pupils in KS3.

The role:
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the emotional and behavioural needs of the students. Working closely with the teaching team, you will help create a positive learning environment by:
1. Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
2. Implementing behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students.
3. Supporting students in building positive relationships and coping mechanisms.
4. Assisting in the development of personalised support plans.
5. Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure student progress.
