AJ Chambers are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our regional recruitment team in Essex as a Recruitment Resourcing/Delivery Consultant.
In this role you will work closely with a Senior Consultant and the leadership team to deliver top talent into key client accounts within our regional Legal recruitment business.
Responsibilities
1. Candidate sourcing and delivery, working closely with a senior consultant to understand the hiring needs and requirements within existing and new client accounts. Working with those candidates as their primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.
2. Managing the end-to-end candidate journey including application, interview preparation and feedback, offer management/acceptance and aftercare.
3. Aid in the management of pre-established accounts, acting as a key point of contact, understanding their requirements and introducing candidates for live roles and on a speculative basis.
4. Involvement in light business development activities alongside the Senior Consultant such as client meetings both in person and via video – particularly job briefings to clearly understand role profiles.
5. Ensure the candidate database is kept up to date with candidate requirements, salary expectations, locations, specialisms and more.
6. Attending and contributing to weekly team meetings.
7. Attending networking events with the intention of meeting new candidates and gaining referrals.
8. Educating candidates on current market trends and conditions.
Candidate Generation Strategy
1. Use of recruitment tools and social media platforms such as LinkedIn recruiter to headhunt and attract top talent.
2. Communicating and engaging our current database of candidates, through phone activity, automation technology and email.
3. Market mapping, gaining referrals and candidate lead generation.
4. Advertising vacancies via LinkedIn, Reed and our website.
5. Proactively sourcing candidates via job board searches.
Client Relationship
1. Introducing candidates to current clients in our portfolio handed over by Senior Consultants.
2. Picking up ad-hoc client requirements from e-shots and introductions from the team.
3. Working with colleagues from other teams to understand which of those opportunities might be suitable to present to their candidates.
