The Role of a Food & Beverage Manager
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will support, mentor, and guide the team ensuring they are working well together as a team to provide our customers with an exceptional experience in our restaurants.
Communicating with guests, our team, and other departments to ensure our guest needs are met, you will manage any special banquet event arrangements, ensuring banquet rooms cleanliness and are properly set up with furniture and equipment. This will include weddings, banqueting and conferences.
We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who has a passion for leading a team to success. You will have experience of working in this type of role, ideally from a 4 or 5* deluxe hotel restaurant.
You must be of smart appearance, have a confident and friendly personality and be used to putting the customer first and meeting their expectations. It will come naturally to you to engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.
