We are excited to be recruiting a permanent Accommodation Manager for our client based in Portrush & Antrim, this is a full-time role, for which full training will be given. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing operations between two holiday sites in Antrim and Portrush. About the role: ? Annual Salary: £30,000-£38,000 (Depending on experience) & Company Car ? Location: Portrush/Antrim ? Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs p/wk ? Duration: Permanent Job Duties: ? Responsible for the daily operations across all sites in Portrush & Antrim. ? Plan and coordinate rota and shift patterns to ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet demand ? Recruit, Manage and Appraise the full time/ part time and seasonal team seasonal events ? Deliver annual and periodic recruitment plans to ensure the correct number of team members and contracts are in place to meet seasonal business demand. ? Review the performance of staff, providing guidance on personal development requirements and advise and initiate where appropriate, further training. What We Need From You ? Full driving licence (Company Car provided) ? Computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office- excel, word, PowerPoint ? Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping or management role within the hospitality & leisure sector or similar customer focused service role. What We Will Offer You ?
