Reports to: Senior Associate Director
The role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join EssenceMediacom Worldwide as a Programmatic Executive. This is an opportunity to quickly learn the processes and best practices for the creation, technical setup, and execution of Programmatic campaigns.
The successful candidate will be able to develop their career with EssenceMediacom as they will be enabled to continually improve and expand on their programmatic skills, with growth opportunities both upwards and sideways. The candidate will also have the opportunity to work across a diverse client base and help to shape and inform client strategy.
Accountabilities include:
1. Working with the Senior Executive or Account Manager to identify new opportunities for campaigns.
2. Assisting in the creation of monthly client reviews - providing insights on campaign performance.
3. Demonstrating confidence and clarity in communicating with the team, clients, and media owners.
4. Developing knowledge and understanding of other EssenceMediacom departments/services.
5. Maintaining strong working relationships with other relevant EssenceMediacom departments.
6. Identifying new initiatives and opportunities on client accounts, for example, the testing of new platforms or new technologies for campaign improvements.
7. Improving knowledge of client business to ensure greater appreciation of delivery in the overall mix.
8. Gaining and developing experience in other media, such as wider biddable media.
9. Learning the basics of client account servicing and best practices in managing results to meet client KPIs.
10. Taking commercial responsibility for campaign budgetary management including bookings and billing.
11. Being responsible for requesting and chasing POs.
12. Organizing budget caps to ensure agreed budgets are not exceeded.
13. Ensuring all media spends are entered onto booking systems in a timely fashion.
14. Being responsible for the technical setup of Programmatic campaigns with tracking systems as required.
15. Being responsible for implementing campaigns into providers and/or technology interfaces for buying.
16. Being responsible for accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and commentary.
17. The appropriate use of tools to drive accountability, operational efficiencies, and actionable business insights; with the scoping of costs and agreed client outputs.
18. Acting responsibly and professionally at all times, representing the team, department, and company.
