Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in process development, scale-up, and manufacturing of chemical or liquid-based products (ideally in FMCG).
* In-depth understanding of formulation chemistry, process transfer, and scale-up methodologies.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools is preferred (e.g., Six Sigma).
* Knowledge of packaging line optimisation is highly desirable.
