Job Title: IT Support Analyst

Hours: 08:30-16:30 / 09:30-17:30 / 10:00-18:00
Purpose:
Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join the dynamic IT team of one of our global law firm clients on a permanent basis. You'll deliver top-notch customer service and technical support as part of a local and global service desk. This role offers exposure to a wide range of IT projects and the chance to enhance firm systems and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
* Assist users via phone, email, direct contact, and remotely.
* Log incidents using Ivanti and ensure timely resolution.
* Support applications like MS Office, iManage, and more.
* Handle hardware support for laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
* Offer AV and VC support for meetings and events.
* Contribute to the User Support Knowledge base.
* Undertake IT projects as directed.
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
* Flexibility for occasional overtime and weekend work.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Windows 10, MS Office, Active Directory, and networking.
* Experience with mobile device support, especially iOS.
Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years in IT support, preferably in legal or professional services.
