We are currently supporting this education setting, committed to providing high-quality education by recruiting a temporary finance assistant. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations alongside the finance team and manager. You'll be working with invoicing, orders and payments working on various financial systems and MS Office packages.
This finance role is to start ASAP until Spring 2025. We can consider both part time and full time applications for this role.
Your new role
* Inputting invoices and orders onto the system.
* Organise and maintain computerised and manual systems for the storage and retrieval of information and documents.
* Record and accurately log all transactions.
* Generate purchase orders and process invoices for payment.
What you'll need to succeed
* Relevant finance qualifications or at least 12 months experience within a similar role.
* Excellent IT Skills, including using Excel and finance packages such as Sage, Access, FMS6, PS Financials (flexible on which ones).
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ideally previous experience of working in an educational setting.
