We are looking for an Architect to join our client as a Director in a newly created position in their firm.
They have over 20 years of trading history, and are just off the back of 2 of their most successful trading years. Specialising in predominantly high end residences, listed mansions, sporting estates and hospitality venues. They typically have very high net worth clients.
The Position
The role will be a fully operational role, with staff management, business development and project delivery responsibility.
You will be in the leadership team, and be expected to build on the existing collaborative culture of of the practice,
fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where creativity and innovation can thrive whilst
ensuring their core values of design excellence, quality and a client centric focus are upheld.
It is expected that circa 60% of the role will be operational and 40% project related. This is notational and
will be discussed further with the successful applicant.
