Amplifi is the supply-side platform of dentsu, consisting of three pillars: Investment Management, Media Trading (Media Owner Services and Principal Buying) and Content (Original Partnerships & Entertainment); all underpinned by Supply-Side Management practices. Amplifi is the investment and innovation arm of dentsu across all media channels and entertainment content. The proposition is based on the delivery of value for all in everything we do. We're hiring a Media Partnerships Manager as part of our team in London on a hybrid working basis of 2-3 days a week.
Role Purpose
The Media Partnerships Manager will be a key member of the Strategic Partnerships Team, who lead on dentsu UK partner strategy, including our UK Media Consultancy Agreement programme.
Key responsibilities
1. Managing the delivery of the UK MCA programme day-to-day, including negotiation of services agreements, contract status and scheduling of services.
2. Leading on delivery of mid-tier 2 & tier 3 MCAs & support the Strategic Partnerships Partner with Tier 1 & high Tier 2 MCAs, including support on bespoke services and immersions.
3. Monthly MCA revenue reporting, working alongside the Strategic Partnerships Partner to confidently report & support to forecast MCA revenue across the year.
4. Supporting on all legal & compliance aspects of the MCA programme including support on responding to internal & external audits and contracts.
5. Continuously evaluating the quality & value of our service offering, gauging feedback from partners and feeding back to the SPP & MPSP to deliver on our media owner partner of choice agenda.
6. Supporting in organising partner events & maximising engagement with the events team to inspire & educate dentsu teams.
7. Supporting in organising partner initiatives, e.g. Seicho & Big Bang Ball, including garnering partner investment and support.
Experience / Skills
1. Strong & clearly demonstrable organisational skills.
2. Some experience or exposure to negotiating scopes of work / contracts with external stakeholders (preferred but not essential).
3. Networking and relationship building.
4. Previous experience within a media focused role (or a related industry).

The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday.
