Our very busy Wendover Nursery is now seeking an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join the team and support the manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery. Our Nursery is very large and growing, so the role requires an experienced senior practitioner who has worked in large settings, who is confident to oversee the nursery in the manager's absence, and would be confident in dealing with Ofsted. Hours are 38 per week and we are offering a salary of c£37k plus fantastic benefits.
Wendover Nursery is part of the CC Nurseries Group and is based in Wendover, within walking distance of the mainline train station at Stoke Mandeville and an easy commute from Aylesbury. Our purpose-built 101 place nursery houses a bespoke sensory room, as well as a drama and art studio, and the nursery offers ample secure outdoor space with rolling countryside views. At Wendover, we're big on natural resources, and our child-led philosophy 'free flow' design allows children to benefit from the wonderful outdoor environment. We offer our team great training opportunities and support, excellent facilities, and the satisfaction of having the opportunity to deliver truly outstanding care for children.
