Stark Supply Chain Solutions in Hull, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Customer Experience Consultant who's as passionate about great service as we are. This is at least a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.
Operating Hours:
Monday to Friday 8-5pm or 8:30 to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate and timely completion of customer requests
* Prioritize the customer in all situations – ensuring we meet their needs and communicate effectively, helping us to become easier to do business with
* Liaise with the Category team to assist customer enquiries
* Ensure adherence to the company's SLA
* Work as a team to build a strong/robust customer service culture within SCS
* Accurate processing of customer orders, professional telephone calls, general office admin, effective dealing of complaints, credit notes, abeyances, NCRs, etc.
* Continuous development of self; look for training needs/opportunities
* Follow company processes to improve service to group customers
* Keep up to date with any changes in products and company news
* Play a role in company projects as required
* Support manager to achieve team objectives
* Flexibility to work across departments

Required Skills and Experience:
* Previous industry experience is preferred but not essential
* Previous Customer Services experience is essential
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work accordingly
* Excellent PC skills
* Strong communication skills
