St Davids Recruitment is looking for an experienced, Full-Time, permanent Project Manager with strong property management experience to join a business which has a large, national property portfolio.
Reporting directly into the M.D, this exciting role will manage key infrastructure in-house projects, which will include redevelopment of existing buildings, new build and mixed-use schemes.
Candidates from a building services background, management of a property portfolio or experience in Construction Project Management would be advantageous.
This rare opportunity will involve managing projects from design through to handover, using a local construction supply chain to help deliver projects.
As a Property Project Manager, you will be responsible for.
* All construction related activities for the stock of commercial property, typically include fit out, refurb & building, new build steel portal frame buildings
* Appointing the right supply chain to deliver projects
* Internal resources, third-party suppliers, and contractors for key projects
* All budgeting and reporting
Our client requires a Property Project Manager with.
* Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Project
* Experience with AutoCAD 2D & 3D (Preferred but not essential)
* A Strong commercial background – RICS would be advantageous
Salary and Benefits
* £40,000 to £45,000 basic salary, up to £70,000 (project’s completion bonus)
