Our clients who provide relocation and removals services worldwide, are looking to appoint an International Move Coordinator for their office in Hertfordshire.
On a typical day, as International Move Coordinator, you will be working alongside colleagues and liaising with customers, suppliers and subcontractors, managing international and domestic moves.
Key Responsibilities for the role of International Move Coordinator
Organise and handle international moving services for our clients private and corporate clients, providing them with advice, information, and first-class assistance.
Manage Client Goods Movement
Oversee the transportation of individual clients' goods on behalf of our corporate accounts and private clients.
Client Liaison
Communicate with clients and accounts to understand their requirements and provide proactive customer service.
Shipping Coordination
Work with shipping lines, airfreight agencies, and subcontractors to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of goods.
Documentation Processing
Handle all necessary paperwork to facilitate service delivery.
Invoicing and Payment
Generate invoices for clients and corporate accounts, and collaborate with the Accounts department to ensure timely payment.
Insurance Claims
Coordinate with insurance brokers and clients to manage claims when necessary.
Shipment Compliance
Ensure all shipments are carried out according to agreed terms.
Customer Service Excellence
Deliver first-class customer service consistently.
Commercial Management
Manage margins and maintain commercial awareness for all files handled.
The successful International Move Coordinator will have at least 1 years' experience working within a similar role within the Removals / Relocation industries. In return you will be offered up to £38,000 in line with skills / experience.
