We are looking for a Project Administrator for a busy rail team based in Manchester.
Duties and skills include:
Providing full document control support for specific projects including tracking documentation through Projectwise
A good working knowledge of Projectwise
Assist with project start and close out (ensuring project folders are set up correctly online and assisting in the submission of project close out documents)
Raise Purchase orders for the offices and project teams using SAP, OneSRM and MyMall
Maintain various day to day operational processes for the section including holiday, whereabouts lists
Assist with the preparation of client reports
Assist Project and Office Manager set up and decommission project site offices
Organise meetings, room bookings and refreshments for project team, ensuring visitors/clients are looked after
General housekeeping/safety/maintenance
Miscellaneous administrative duties as necessary, including mail distribution
Assist Office Manager with general duties
Provide cover on other projects as requested (e.g. holiday cover)
Assist Receptionist/Administrators as necessary
This role is a contract role for 15 Months initially and you must posess knowledge of SAP and Projectwise to be considered
