As the first point of contact for passengers, you will play a pivotal role in managing car park operations, including pre-booked services. This highly visible, customer-focused role involves overseeing car parks and main terminal areas, ensuring seamless, compliant, and efficient passenger flow through Bournemouth Airport while maintaining strict adherence to operational and security protocols. Key Responsibilities of the Front of House / Receptionist: Serve as the first point of contact for passengers, providing excellent customer service. Oversee services within car parks and terminal areas, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant movement of passengers through Bournemouth facilities. Support day-to-day airport operations, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Assist the TDO with audits and management of terminal areas, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and availability of necessary equipment for smooth operations. Qualifications and Competencies of the Front of House / Receptionist: Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong ability to follow processes and procedures. Previous experience in customer service.
