Customer Service Engineer Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Engineer with a strong mechanical background, familiar with hydraulic fitting techniques. This role requires travel throughout Europe and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
* Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using hydraulic fitting techniques.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
* Salary: £36,000 per annum.
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
* Travel Requirements: Frequent travel throughout Europe and further.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Engineer or similar role.
* Familiarity with hydraulic fitting techniques and ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
