JOB PURPOSE
To be the “ambassador” who conveys the Brand’s philosophy and values. Responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering relationships with customers and developing their Brand loyalty, providing a unique experience in our store and guiding clients into our world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines.
2. Manage goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures, preparing products for the sales floor while optimizing timing efficiency.
3. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines.
4. Handle the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) ensuring required service levels.
5. Manage damaged products and non-sellable items (On Hold, Consignment, etc.).
6. Organize Packaging and Stationery physically and in IT systems.
7. Organize the Display objects system.
8. Participate in the management of Uniforms flow.
9. Participate in the management of Gifts flow.
10. Ensure correct protection and packaging of products for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments.
11. Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation.
12. Support prompt investigations in the event of system negatives.
13. Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
14. Participate in the organization and execution of Physical and Cycle Inventories respecting company timing.
15. Support warehouse activities related to sales.
16. Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse.
17. Support the Stock Manager in optimizing available spaces in collaboration with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
18. Support Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
19. Assist the junior back of house team if needed.
20. Maintain contacts and relationships with providers.
21. Keep updates and organize the archive monthly.
22. Comply with KPIs updates, guidelines, and company procedures from the relevant Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* Experience in a similar role, preferably with luxury women's ready-to-wear experience.
* Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion.
* Able to work in a team as well as independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
