Teaching Assistant Full-Time BS31 September Start Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a small village school in the BS31 area of Bristol. The Role This role is for someone who is empathetic, supportive and dedicated. You will be providing support to a high needs pupil in Year 5 with a diagnosis of Autism, ADHD and SEMH. The successful candidate will be working closely with the school SENCO to gain an understanding on how best to support the pupil in an adaptive environment. You will be expected to: Great communication with the Class Teacher. Have high expectations for the pupil. Have previous experience working with SEND. Build strong relationships with the pupil and their family. Use your initiative to adapt activities to meet the pupils needs.
