Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This is a permanent position located in Edinburgh.
What the job involves for a Property Manager:
* Manage a portfolio of properties with your team
* Carrying out viewings of available properties
* Negotiating tenancy agreements
* Liaising with landlords after viewings to agree tenancies
* Managing landlords’ expectations regarding possible works required
* Managing incoming tenants’ expectations to avoid disappointment at move in
* Ensure properties are ready for new tenancies
* Routine inspections and reporting landlord updates/upgrades
* Updating system/saving reports/inventories/photos
We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:
* Ideally 1 year of Property Management Experience or knowledge of maintenance and the private rented sector
* Friendly and professional manner when dealing with clients
* Able to provide excellent customer service
* Can demonstrate good negotiation/communication skills and be very competent in resolving conflict and potential disputes – both written and verbal
* IT proficient
* You must have the current legal right to work in the UK
