4. Execute effective sales activities, ensuring appropriate technical support when needed.
5. Prepare and dispatch sales-related documentation to maintain continuity with prospects.
6. Monitor competitor activity, analyse market trends, and provide feedback.
7. Stay informed through industry articles, periodicals, and discussions.
8. Maintain and project a professional image of the company at all times.
