Our client is an established and successful business based in Newcastle. They are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team on a full time, temporary basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.
The Job you will be Doing
* Responsible for the collation, recording and maintenance of quality data within the system
* Processing customer returns information in a timely manner
* Administer supplier returns and warranty activities in line with company and customer requirements
* Provide general admin support to the team
* Ensure all reports and actions are recorded on the inhouse company system in an appropriate manner
* Identify any opportunities for improvement in quality processes and procedures
* Ensure the team adheres to all safe working practices, and the work areas are clean and tidy
About You
* Strong administration experience
* Good data entry skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong IT system experience, with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Experience of working to health and safety standards and regulations
* Capable of working on own initiative and able to make decisions
* Results orientated with a flexible and accurate approach
