Job title: Administrator (Stores and Inventory)
Location: Turnchaple, Plymouth.
Hybrid working arrangements: 4 days on site required
Security Clearance: SC clearance required/must be able to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance.
About the role
Akkodis have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team where you will provide administrative and operational support including assisting with compliance systems, inventory management, supplier coordination and configuration management.
What you will be doing
* Manage compliance and safety data for personnel and vessels.
* Support to Part-Time Staff
* Manual stores management.
* Ensure timely delivery of parts and services.
* Stock Control, managing increased workload.
* Ensure documentation meets Maritime and Coastguard Agency requirements.
* Manage parts for Uncrewed Surface Vehicle upgrades.
* Provide local configuration management input for the overarching configuration management system.
About You
* Administrative experience within a supplier/stores/inventory environment is essential.
* Prior experience in maritime or defence project support is highly desirable.
* Experience with configuration management systems and tools.
