HR & PA to Executive Team

We have an exciting new opportunity in the Business Management team to play a pivotal role in growing the business and supporting our Executive Team.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
1. People & Culture – ensure continuity of SRE culture as business grows by supporting individuals and their learning and development; manage capability matrix and book training as required; deal with confidential and sensitive reports and information; update Company Handbook and HR policies; provide Orientation and Buddy Support for new starters.
2. Recruitment – write job description and job adverts as required; manage recruitment rounds; organise interview days; manage hiring and onboarding processes including right to work checks and employment contracts.
3. Organising diaries – managing diaries of Executive Team ensuring prioritisation of important tasks and realistic scheduling; organise internal and external meetings; arrange and book travel and accommodation.
4. Business Development - provide client briefs and presentations for business development meetings.
5. Reporting – prepare weekly and monthly reports and presentations on SRE Company KPIs.
6. Reception – support Office Manager as second point of contact when answering main phone and dealing with enquiries; welcome clients and visitors.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Candidates will be expected to have:
14. An outgoing, proactive and positive personality and the ability to build strong trust-based relationships.
15. Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
16. Experience in HR.
17. A Bachelor’s/Honors degree 2:1 or above.
18. Strong IT skills, including the use of MS Office Outlook, Excel and Word.
19. Full driving license.
