Job Description
As a Credit Control Specialist you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining a robust credit control function. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build positive relationships with customers, ensuring timely payment, and minimising credit risk.
3. Evaluate the credit worthiness of new and existing customers.
4. Analyse financial data to assess credit risk and establish credit limits.
5. Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients.
6. Reconcile customer accounts and send regular statements.
7. Proactively manage collections, minimising overdue accounts.
8. Engage with customers to address payment issues and resolve disputes.
9. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
10. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address credit-related matters.
11. Prepare and analyse credit control reports for management.
12. Provide insights and recommendations for credit management improvements.
13. Ensure compliance with credit control policies and procedures.
14. Keep abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes.

15. Experience in credit control or a related finance role.
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
