We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join our team! The purpose of the Sales Executive role is to act as the point of contact and lynchpin between the external sales team and channel partners, and the internal teams of the organisation.Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for the customer journey through the Sales process and continues to support it once handed over to internal teams * Creation of technical proposals and quotes for customers * Ensuring that information coming into internal teams is clean and doesn’t impede the flow of work. * Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for external teams so that information between internal and external teams is controlled and follows process flows * Carry out technical reviews for MTO and CTO jobs. * Ensures that orders and proposals are moved swiftly through the business * Act as cover for Sales Administrator * Provide 1st level technical support to customers. * Support and liaise with marketing team * Supporting the external sales team and our Channel Partners * Maintains customer and order information within IT systemsFor this role we are looking for someone who has: * The ideal candidate will have previous experience of B2B sales and internal sales experience. * Good time management and organisation skills * Good communication skills both verbal and written * Technical aptitude to better understand our products * Is comfortable with the competencies needed for customer service; customer focus, problem analysis, networking, attention to detail, and collaboration.This role is a full time position that we expect to work onsite for the first year, after which hybrid working may be considered.Main Benefits: * 25 days holiday * Salary Exchange Pension * Healthcare Cash Plan including access to retail discounts scheme * Early finish on Fridays * Annual discretionary bonus (historically 3-5% of salary dependent on performance)All candidates must have the right to work in the UK before applying, Expo will not sponsor candidates for this role
