What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll have the flexibility to structure your day and manage your pipeline in a way that works best for you. The company will provide the training, products, and support to help you succeed.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and developing your own territory daily.
* Conducting B2B cold calling (100+ visits per day).
* Targeting SME businesses with an annual card turnover of £50,000 - £350,000.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships to drive customer retention.
* Upselling additional payment solutions to maximize business value.
* Achieving a penetration rate of 30%, ensuring businesses adopt multiple products.
* Efficiently managing a CRM and pipeline to optimize conversions.
* Generating 0.6 self-sourced sales per day (approximately 12 per month).
* Meeting revenue targets by securing accounts with a minimum monthly revenue threshold.
* Guiding customers through the application process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
