Ecolab is currently seeking a Senior Regulatory Specialist or Manager (f/m/d) Biocides Based in Monheim or Barcelona or Leiden or Northwich or Maribor or Lille Your Responsibilities Lead a biocide sub-team handling digitalization, finance and consultant management Set up the regulatory strategy for the European authorization of Ecolab biocidal products Organize and lead cross-functional authorization project teams addressing key business needs with assigned resources Develop and submit European authorization dossiers for biocidal products in collaboration with external consultants Defend the authorization process and address evaluation questions from EU and member state authorities with the internal registration project team and with external partners Review internal data and test reports to ensure formal compliance as well as contracts and data with external suppliers to ensure sourcing in legal compliance in cooperation with internal stakeholders Monitor and implement changing EU and biocide guidance Provide regulatory surveillance (i.e. intelligence) and business impact assessment of emerging regulations, actively engaging and communicating to stakeholders within the organization (e.g., R&D, Marketing) Your Profile PhD or MSc degree in Natural Science or Life Science (Chemist, Toxicologist, Ecotoxicologist or similar) Profound work experience in biocides Regulation (EU) 528/2012 or other European chemicals regulation e.g. REACH Proven project management, communication and problem-solving skills in a regulated environment Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and excellent time management skills Demonstrated success coordinating activities with internal businesses and external customers or business partners Fluent English with good written and verbal communication skills Good MS Office skills Our recruiter are looking forward to your application.
