Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with your Value Lead and stakeholders to receive and develop briefs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. Maintain and cleanse analytics data views for accurate reporting and insightful analysis. Update stored procedures and combine internal data with external sources for a comprehensive view. Actively participate in squad ceremonies, raising any impediments promptly to facilitate timely delivery. Embrace an Agile mindset, contributing to the growth of agile practises within the organisation. Provide timely, accurate, and insightful analysis to support better decision-making across the business. Simplify complex data findings into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Continuously seek to improve processes and efficiencies, applying best practises. Challenge stakeholders and prioritise work that adds real value to customers. Contribute to the analytics roadmap for ongoing improvement in insight delivery.What We're Looking For: Strong Telecommunications industry exposure A solid understanding of SQL with at least 2 years of experience coding complex queries against large relational databases. Proven ability to maintain and update SQL stored procedures and resolve data-related problems. Experience in deriving insights from large data sets and sharing actionable recommendations with stakeholders. Familiarity with GitHub and quality assurance checking of SQL scripts. Proficiency in Python and/or R is a plus. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style for different audiences. An analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering value to customers.
