Operational Technology Manager This role is pivotal in ensuring the resilience and reliability of all operational systems on site, driving system availability, and collaborating across stakeholders to support site-wide initiatives and changes. The successful candidate will act as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring alignment on strategic decisions and incorporating OT considerations into site operations and projects. Strong communication, facilitation, and organisational skills are essential to managing multiple vendors, fostering collaboration between teams, and ensuring changes are effectively communicated and implemented to maximise uptime and system resilience. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operational Technology (OT) Manager to lead the oversight, management, and improvement of our operational technology systems in a high-performance food manufacturing environment.
