Day-to-day of the role: Perform general administrative duties including filing, handling phone calls, and managing correspondence. Assist in HR-related administration such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and managing staff inquiries. Support health and safety initiatives, including maintaining compliance records and coordinating health and safety meetings. Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and provide logistical support to ensure efficient office operations. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a professional services setting. Strong organisational and planning skills.
