We are seeking a highly skilled “Solution Architect – Hospitality/Retail Systems” – focussing on e2e Solution Architecting for a Large Programme initiative to integrate POS system (Simphony) with Finance, HR (Ceredian DayForce), Inventory Mgmt and PMS – Opera System. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, integration design, and a deep understanding of the hospitality/retail industry. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop the overall solution architecture for large Hospitality/Retail Programmes [ including POS (Simphony/other), Finance, HR, PMS (Opera) ] - Responsible for creating Outline Specification Document (OSD), HLD & LLD. - Responsible to design Transition Architecture (as an intermediary state) when both old and new systems will coexist in different properties. - Create detailed technical specifications, Data flow/Data mapping and integration plans for Simphony with PMS, HR System, Inventory Mgmt and Finance - Collaborate with IT teams, hotel operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration - Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows - Provide expert guidance on best practices for Simphony configuration and customization - Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solution designs - Experience in inventory mgmt. solutions and integrating them with Simphony Requirements Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 10 years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry - Proven experience with POS implementation and deployment in multi-property environments - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities Skills - Proficiency in Simphony/POS architecture and related technologies - Strong knowledge of API integrations, and E2E data flow design - Familiarity with building scalable system design - Experience in building Solution document, Integration design documents and taking to Architecture board for review - Understanding of hospitality industry standards and compliance requirements
