Responsibilities

1. Oversee subcontractor relationships, tenders, and project budgets.
2. Conduct cost reviews, profit/loss analyses, and produce CVR reports.
3. Implement effective cost control measures and manage the supply chain.
4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and mitigate risks.
5. Ensure accurate contract administration and timely payment processing.
Requirements:
6. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in any industry.
7. Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
