Our school provides a nurturing and focused learning environment for students, with small group sizes of no more than six pupils. About the Role: Teach Humanities subjects up to GCSE level, tailoring lessons to meet individual student needs. Develop and implement engaging, student-centred lesson plans. Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to students and their guardians. Adapt teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. What We're Looking For: A degree in Humanities or a related subject. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred, though relevant teaching experience will be considered. Experience teaching Humanities at secondary level. Strong communication and classroom/ behaviour management skills. A commitment to supporting students with diverse educational needs.
