CRM Manager
Luxury Fashion
9 month FTC
£60,000 - £65,000
5 days per week in London office
A high end, luxury fashion business are looking for a CRM Manager to join their digital team on a FTC basis. The business was only launched 3 years ago and are seeing incredible results – please note, you do have to have experience in the luxury space.
You will work closely with the Head of eCom, Brand and Merch teams to align on messaging, schedule and content. You will develop sophisticated and targeted CRM campaign to communicate with their loyal customer base.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the CRM programme, planning, creating and scheduling highly targeted CRM campaigns to drive increased engagement and incremental revenue within core customer groups
* Work cross-functionally to build and drive an engaging and CRM calendar that is aligned with tone of voice and values, communicating updates and ensuring alignment across all relevant stakeholders
* Segment the customer database based on behaviour, purchase history, and demographics to create highly targeted CRM campaigns
* Build loyal client behaviours across CRM through segmentation planning and a ‘test and learn’ approach using both data analysis and internal insights
* Report on customer engagement across our CRM channel, sharing insights and identifying actions
Experience
* Experience working in the luxury fashion space in CRM & Email Marketing
* Knowledge and experience of the luxury fashion industry and fashion products
* Happy to work on strategy and be hands on
* 5+ years in CRM environment
