In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential system and support functions within the Business Systems Team, supporting Adult Social Care services across Cambridgeshire County Council. We manage a number of critical business systems that underpin the services that we deliver to our citizens. Your key responsibilities may include resolving support queries, setting up users, assisting with system upgrades, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to projects along with identifying and suggesting solutions.You will also be involved in communication with customers, providing advice and guidance on application uses, and working effectively with team members and wider Adult Social Care colleagues to ensure priorities are delivered.This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office, based on business requirements and managerial agreement.Ideal candidates will have strong IT literacy, particularly with MS Office 365, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer centric values.You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.A good understanding of IT systems and experience in a similar role is essential.Our customers are at the heart of what we do. You will be supporting our customers through our ticketing system while also supporting internal colleagues by creating and maintaining detailed documentation.
