Job Description
The Witherslack Group is a specialist education provider that supports young people with complex needs. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides therapy, training, and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments, offering individualised interventions and engagement to our young people. Your expertise in assessing, formulating, and supporting the delivery of therapeutic interventions will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs.
* Provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments.
* Offer individualised interventions and engagement to our young people.
Requirements
* Be a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
* Have experience of supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences.
* Be a confident, engaging, and effective model, guide, leader, and trainer.
* Be highly organised and ready to take the initiative.
