Prepworld have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Transformation Manager to define and deliver Prepworld's change agenda, covering both strategy development and programme management responsibilities, detailed further below: Strategy Development and Delivery Collaborate with senior management to develop and define PrepWorld’s technological strategy. Identify opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction, and operational efficiency enhancement within the current value chain. Leading others to root cause complex business issues and define appropriate ways forward. Management of long-term strategic initiatives from concept stages to implementation. Evaluate, select, and oversee the implementation of technology solutions that support business transformation objectives, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and factory automation. Lead change management efforts by effectively communicating transformation goals and engaging stakeholders at all levels Programme Management Development of the current project and programme management processes and documentation Ensuring project and programme governance is adequate for all programmed projects Leading others to define project scopes and user requirements Writing/reviewing sophisticated business cases and financial models that are relied upon at board level Provide oversight and control over complex budgets and reporting on project performance Holding teams to project plans and reporting on project performance Defining project risk management strategies and processes for all programmed projects Working cross-functionally to ensure alignment and collaboration in executing transformation projects Leading and motivating a team and developing capability in your direct reports Taking personal accountability to deliver results that and value to the business Business Improvement Facilitating cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the outcomes of transformation projects, identify lessons learned, and integrate findings into future initiatives for continuous improvement Who we are looking for: Demonstable work experience in an internal project, or change management role, is required to develop the skillset which is essential to success in this role Proven experience in leading business transformation initiatives within the food manufacturing industry or a similar sector. Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex transformation projects from inception to completion. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels. Proficiency in technology integration and change management methodologies. Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards in food manufacturing and quality management. Certification in project management and/or change management is desirable. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field is desirable.
