What will I be doing? As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, providing customer service support that helps keep drivers mobile, keeping vehicles on the road for longer. You will be working a flexible shift pattern, with a minimum of 12hours every weekend across Saturday or Sunday, between the hours of 7am-7pm. There may be opportunity for additional hours over weekend or evenings. Once training is delivered there may be availability for Hybrid/Remote working.
