Growth Marketing Manager
London, UK - Hybrid (2 days a week in Kings Cross office)
£50k-£60k base salary + benefits

The role
Step into a role where you will have a high impact on the growth of this startup.
Define, and execute strategies to grow the community and drive the adoption of the platform. You will need to work closely with internal and leadership teams.
What Success Looks Like in the Role: driving results, which will involve owning key metrics and optimising partnerships to increase brand awareness. Also, collaborating internally and with stakeholders to tailor campaigns and marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver growth-focused marketing plans.
* Develop tailored campaigns using email marketing, webinars, video content, and more.
* Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to measure and optimise performance.
* Build strategic relationships with partners.
* Organise and manage presence at key events to collect leads.
About You:
* 3-5 years of growth marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
* A proactive problem-solver who is passionate about driving sustainability.
