Guide students in critical analysis of literature, developing their ability to interpret and evaluate a range of texts. Support students in developing their creative writing and essay-writing skills, ensuring they achieve their full potential. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel confident expressing their ideas and interpretations. Contribute to the ongoing development of the English curriculum, sharing ideas for improvement and innovation. Take an active role in extracurricular activities, such as debating clubs, creative writing workshops, and theatre productions. About You To be considered for this role, you will need: A degree in English, Literature, or a related subject. A formal teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE or equivalent).
