The position will be based at The Oxford Clinic on the Littlemore Hospital site in Oxford, a 32 bedded male medium secure forensic unit. The unit is comprised of 2 wards, an acute assessment ward and a rehabilitation-focused ward. We are an innovative service, continually developing and strengthening our Occupational Therapy provision based on the Model of Human Occupation. Staff are expected to undertake in-house training in trauma-informed care.
There is also the opportunity to undertake external Sensory Integration training. We provide patients with vocational opportunities on the wards and in the community and have strong links with the Forensic Recovery College.
