As Deputy Manager, you will take on a varied and dynamic role, balancing office-based administrative and commercial duties with care coordination and occasional hands-on care. With no two days alike, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across our service area, so a valid driver’s license is required.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in Care Management
* At least 2 years in a senior role within domiciliary care
* A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and safeguarding
