About the Role: As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, selling our market-leading cybersecurity solutions to a wide range of industries. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals. What You’ll Be Doing: Identifying new business opportunities: Research and prospect potential clients across various industries. Building relationships: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their challenges and position Communicate as their trusted cybersecurity partner. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle; from outbound prospecting, to qualifying opportunities, delivering amazing product demos, and converting deals. Innovating: Develop and implement creative prospecting strategies to stand out in a competitive market, using the latest tools and techniques. Collaborating for success: Work closely with colleagues to identify cross-selling opportunities within our client base, maximising revenue potential. Leveraging technology: Utilise cutting-edge sales tools, including Apollo.io, OneShot.ai, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to optimise your outreach and pipeline management. Staying ahead: Keep up with cybersecurity trends and industry innovations to provide valuable insights to prospects and differentiate our offering. Who We’re Looking For: Experience: 1 years in a sales role (Account Executive, SDR/BDR, or similar) with a proven track record in new business acquisition. Sales mindset: Confident, persuasive, and comfortable navigating complex sales conversations with senior decision-makers. Highly driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented – you thrive in a high-performance environment and see challenges as opportunities to grow. Organised: with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on results. A team player eager to learn and grow, with a proactive approach to personal development. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage and track sales activity. Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, able to influence and engage across different industries. Problem solver: Strong business acumen with the ability to identify client pain points and offer tailored solutions. Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus – While not essential, an interest in cybersecurity or prior exposure to the industry will help you hit the ground running.
